By using our website, calling a telephone number displayed by Hometown Repair Experts, or submitting a service request, you agree to these Terms.
About Hometown Repair Experts
Hometown Repair Experts provides a free service that helps homeowners locate and connect with independent residential appliance repair providers.
Hometown Repair Experts is not an appliance repair contractor and does not itself perform appliance repair, installation, maintenance, or diagnostic services. Independent service providers are solely responsible for any services they perform.
Independent Service Providers
Any technician, contractor, or repair company you are connected with through Hometown Repair Experts is an independent third party. Service providers are not employees, agents, representatives, joint venturers, or partners of Hometown Repair Experts.
Hometown Repair Experts does not control a provider’s pricing, scheduling, licensing, insurance, qualifications, diagnostic methods, repair recommendations, workmanship, parts, warranties, or availability.
You are responsible for evaluating and selecting any service provider you hire. Before authorizing work, you should confirm the provider’s licensing, insurance, qualifications, pricing, warranties, and other terms.
Referral Compensation
Hometown Repair Experts may receive compensation from service providers, advertising partners, lead buyers, or other companies when we refer a qualified telephone call, lead, appointment, or customer inquiry.
You are not charged by Hometown Repair Experts for using our referral service. Any repair charges are determined by and paid directly to the independent service provider.
No Brand Affiliation
References to appliance brands, manufacturers, trademarks, or product names are for identification and informational purposes only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Hometown Repair Experts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or an agent of any appliance manufacturer. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Service Availability
Service availability varies by location, appliance type, technician availability, demand, brand, model, scheduling capacity, and service provider coverage.
References to same-day service, next-day service, emergency service, or 24/7 availability refer to availability that may exist in certain markets and at certain times. 24/7 references may include telephone intake availability and do not guarantee that a technician will arrive 24 hours a day.
Pricing and Quotes
Pricing is determined by the independent service provider. Where available, providers may offer an upfront estimate, diagnostic fee, service-call fee, or quote before repair work begins.
Any pricing presented prior to inspection may be subject to change based on diagnosis, parts, labor, appliance condition, or additional work. Hometown Repair Experts does not set, control, guarantee, or collect repair charges.
No Guarantee of Repair
Hometown Repair Experts does not guarantee that a technician will be available, that an appliance can be repaired, that parts will be available, that service will occur within a particular timeframe, that a repair will be completed in one visit, or that any particular service provider will meet your expectations.
Any warranties relating to repair work must be provided directly by the service provider.
Telephone Calls and Communications
Calls placed through Hometown Repair Experts may be routed, tracked, monitored, or recorded where permitted by law.
By contacting Hometown Repair Experts, you authorize us and service providers responding to your request to contact you regarding your appliance repair inquiry. Communications may include telephone calls, emails, or text messages as permitted by law.

We attempt to provide accurate and current information, but website content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccuracies. Information on our website is provided for general informational and referral purposes only. Nothing on the website constitutes a guarantee, warranty, or professional advice.
User Responsibilities

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOMETOWN REPAIR EXPERTS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES RELATING TO SERVICE PROVIDER PERFORMANCE.
Limitation of Liability

Any claim relating to actual repair work should be directed to the service provider that performed the work.
